Please Complete this Form for Each Child You Want To Add To The Waiting List

Thank you for applying to have your child attend an ASC Camp! ASC staff will contact you if your child has been accepted to attend this camp.

-ASC Management

Signing up your child(ren) for camp does not mean they are registered for that camp. Per new ASC policy, all children will be placed on a review and process list. ASC staff will reach out with registration confirmation and a deadline to have all necessary forms completed and sent to ASC. If your child(ren) requires flying to attend camp, flight itineraries must also be turned in by the deadline given to you. If you do not send required information by the deadline, your child(ren) will be removed from that camp's roster and will not be able to attend that camp.
